Introducing our family's famed smoked salmon
Our exclusive Faroe salmon is dry cured for ten hours. Thanks to a celebrated recipe involving precise timing and rough salting, the whole fish fillets are then oven-smoked to Rose's husband Pol's exact recipe, using beech tree wood. It's legendary!
