•We sear the salmon fillet undisturbed to make it crispy and browned. It is sat on pasta with a salad of tomatoes, cucumber, crispy lettuce and Rose's favourite fresh herb oregano and a choice of Mediterranean feta with our Greek olive dressing.
Our famed Faroe salmon is ten hours dried. It is unique due to its celebrated recipe using precision timing where the fish is rough salted then oven smoked to Pól's' precise recipe under beech tree wood. Served with simple salad and dribble of choice Italian organic balsamic dressing

Today’sinspired dish is created by Rose using 250g fresh caught local fish and usually served with her favouritewhite sauce of lemon juice and dill herb accompanied by our daychoice of vegetables and potatoes. Flavours and uncomplicated play apart
A 210g grass-fed, pan-seared and butter-basted Prime Select Sirloin. Served with skin on new potatoes flavored with olive oil and oregano. It is accompanied by seared bell peppers and Rose’s definitive Zinfandel red wine sauce and Bimi stem broccoli.
Being very strict on only using the finest grass-fed 100% very best steak with no nonsense added. We mince then hand craft into patties then seared with a scattering of our Rose’s secret seasoning.
This we capture in a buttery brioche bun, with crispy heart lettuce, cheddar, ripe beef tomato and of course a few hot crispy chips, I nearly forgot our pickled red onions and some TLC.
We sold 4678 of these in 2022.

This sustainable fish is lightly breaded, and our fresh, quality, skinless haddock is served with skin-on piping hot fries and rustic capers.
